2. Description of Service
SlowLingo provides language-learning content including slow-audio stories, conversations, vocabulary, grammar notes, and speaking exercises for Spanish and Portuguese learners.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Premium memberships are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell SlowLingo content.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Share your account credentials with others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SlowLingo — including audio, text, graphics, and software — is the property of SlowLingo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
7. Disclaimer
SlowLingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort and consistency.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlowLingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlowLingo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
